摘要
构建和谐社会,既是党中央提出的一项战略任务,也是全国人民的共同愿望。如何构建?基础是利益共享。人类社会的发展史,从经济利益角度分析,就是一部社会利益关系和谐与不和谐、直至对立的发展史。实现利益共享,最基本的是:要实施宏观调控分配原则公平、市场引导标准公平、鼓励企业职工持股公平、城乡劳力就业机会公平、公共生活领域率先利益公平。
Constructing harmonious society is not only a strategic task putting forward by the Chinese Party Central Committee,but also collecting the desire of Chinese people. Then,how to construct it? The foundation is benefit sharing. From the aspect of economic interests,the history of human society is about the harmony and disharmony until oppositions of social beneficial connections. The basis of realizing benefit sharing is to implement justice of macro-control distribution principle,justice of market guidance standard,justice of enterprise employees' share holding,justice of employment opportunities of urban and rural labors,justice of initial benefits of sphere of public life.
