摘要
目的:建立能够诱导大鼠胰岛素抵抗的高脂饲料配方。方法:四种高脂饲料配方分别喂养大鼠8周,定期检测大鼠饮食量、体重、空腹血糖、空腹胰岛素、葡萄糖耐量、动态胰岛素及血脂。结果:四种高脂饲料均饮食量下降,体重显著增加,空腹血糖及空腹胰岛素无明显差异;高脂饲料3组大鼠口服葡萄糖后,30、60 min时血糖明显升高,胰岛素亦明显升高;高脂饲料1组胆固醇明显增加。结论:高脂饲料3喂养8周可能诱导大鼠胰岛素抵抗。
Objective: To establish a high fat diet formula which can induce the insulin resistance? Method: Four kinds of different formulas of high fat diet were fed for the rats for 8 weeks.Regular testing the rats' dietary intakes,body weight,fasting blood-glucose,fast insulin,OGTT test,dynamic insulin and blood-fat.Results: The groups of four kind formulas of high fat diet has all declined in the dietary intakes,the body weight increase significantly and there was no significant difference in the fasting blood-glucose and fasting insulin.After feeding glucose,the 30,60 min plasma glucose of fat diet group 3 increased significant and the level of insulin has also increased.The Cholesterol of fat diet 1 has increased significantly.Conclusion: the formula of high fat diet 3 may induce the insulin resistance.
