摘要
目的掌握南沙港区蚊类本底情况,为口岸今后鉴别外来蚊种和控制蚊媒传染病提供科学依据。方法按照国家质量监督检验检疫总局《国境口岸医学媒介生物本底调查方法》,对南沙港区进行蚊类调查。结果共捕获蚊类1183只,分类鉴定为2属3种,优势蚊种为致倦库蚊,占捕蚊总数的90.28%,以3～10月份为蚊密度的高峰期。结论本次调查为南沙港区深入开展蚊类防制工作提供了依据,检验检疫机构应采取有效措施,降低蚊密度,防止蚊媒传染病的爆发流行和外来蚊种的侵入。
Objective： To grasp the existing situation of mosquito at Nansha port, and to provide scientific basis to distinguish the invasing mosquito species and control infectious disease spread. Method： Regulation of Investigation on Medicine vectors at National Frontier Port was adopted in base- line investingation. Result： 1183 mosquitoes were classified belong to 2 genus and 3 species. The dominant species was Culex pipiens quinquefasciatus Say, accounting for 90.28%. The peak season was from March to October. Conclusion： It is necessary to investigate the existing status of mosquito for further studying on ecology and control of mosquitoes at Nansha port, and to adopt effective measure to destroy mosquito in breeding peak for preventing the occurrence of infection diseases.
