摘要
应用统计分析方法研究了AC-25沥青混合料在不同温度下的劈裂强度影响因素与排序及其变异性。结果表明,各影响因素对不同温度下劈裂强度值的影响没有随温度改变而发生排序变化,排序大小为2.36 mm通过率>0.075 mm通过率>13.2 mm通过率>油石比>4.75 mm通过率。其中,2.36 mm通过率高度显著影响不同温度劈裂强度,且影响程度有所不同,表明级配因素对不同温度下劈裂强度其控制作用,间接说明了优化矿料级配设计可显著提高不同温度的劈裂强度值;温度对劈裂强度影响很大;各因素对劈裂强度产生显著影响的同时也对其变异性产生了较大影响,优化沥青混合料设计可降低施工变异性。
Statistical analysis method is applied to research factors influencing the splitting strengths,sequence and their variability of AC-25 asphalt mixtures in different temperatures.The results show that various influencing factors of splitting strengths in different temperatures do not transform their sequence with temperature changes,but the impact degrees are different,showing the splitting strength size is closely related to air VV distribution level.Its sequence is 2.36mm passing rate〉 0.075mm passing rate 〉13.2mm passing rate 〉4.75mm passing rate.2.36mm passing rate significantly affects splitting strengths in different temperatures,at time,temperature significantly influences the splitting strength;various influencing factors not only have a significant impact on the splitting strength but also its variability,indicating that optimized asphalt mixture design can effectively reduce the construction variability.
