摘要
为分析木棉/棉混纺织物与纯棉织物服用性能的差异,选用相同线密度的木棉/棉混纺纱和纯棉纱,测试其条干、毛羽、强力等参数。采用相同织造工艺织造不同组织的木棉/棉混纺织物和纯棉织物,对比其透气性、保暖性、耐磨性、折皱回复性和悬垂性认为,木棉/棉混纺织物已符合服用面料的基本要求,且在透气性、保暖性、悬垂性方面较纯棉织物性能更加优异,尤其是平纹木棉/棉混纺织物的保暖性较纯棉织物提高87.82%,但木棉/棉混纺织物在耐磨性和折皱回复性方面较纯棉织物略差。建议制作夏季用轻薄型木棉/棉混纺织物选择较疏松的缎纹组织,冬季用织物选择平纹组织,从而充分利用木棉纤维的中空腔获得较好的透气性和保暖性。
In order to analyze the difference in wearability of kapok /cotton fabric and pure cotton fabric,yarns of same count from pure cotton and kapok /cotton were selected.Then their physical properties were tested,including evenness,hairiness and strength.The same weaving processes and different textures were applied to kapok /cotton fabric and cotton fabric,and the air permeability,warmth retention,wear resistance,drapability,and crease recovery of the fabrics were tested respectively.The results showed that kapok /cotton fabric had met the basic requirements on apparel textiles,showing better performance than cotton fabric in air permeability,warmth retention,and darpability,especially the warmth retention of plain woven kapok /cotton fabric was 87.82%,higher than that of pure cotton fabric.However,its wear resistance and crease recovery were slightly poorer than those of cotton fabric.Therefore,it was suggested for kapok /cotton fabric that loose texture,for example satin,should be chosen for summer,and plain weave should be selected for winter.And in doing so,cavities of kapok fibers could be fully utilized for realizing reasonable air permeability and warmth retention.
