摘要
目的观察全麻手术期间加温输液对脊髓损伤患者体温的影响,并判定此种方法的可行性。方法择期拟在静吸复合全麻下对脊髓损伤行脊柱手术的患者64例,随机分成两组,加温输液组(H组)对患者在手术室内静脉输入的液体和(或)血液水浴加温至37℃;对照组(C组)对患者在手术室内静脉输入的液体不采取加温措施,而需输血时将所需输血水浴加温至25℃,观察术前、术中和术毕时患者的体温、麻醉苏醒时间及麻醉苏醒期是否出现寒颤。结果 H组患者术中和手术结束时的体温显著高于C组(P<0.05),麻醉苏醒时间显著低于C组(P<0.05),麻醉苏醒期出现寒颤的比率明显低于C组(P<0.05)。结论加温输血和输液能够降低全麻手术期间的低体温和术后寒颤的发生率,是一项对患者有益且简便易行的护理措施。
OBJECTIVE To observe the influence of heated infusion fluid on body temperature of patients with spinal cord injury during operations under general anesthesia and to determine the feasibility of the method.METHODS A total of 64 patients with spinal cord injury undergoing spine surgery under combined intravenous and inhalated general anesthesia were randomly assigned to two groups：all intravenous fluid and/or blood prescribed in operation room was heated into 37℃ by the method of water-bathing in heated group（H）,and all intravenous fluid prescribed in operation room was not heated and all blood prescribed was heated into 25℃ by the method of water-bathing in control group（C）.The body temperature at pre-operation,intra-operation and post-operation,awakening time and the incidence of shivering occurred in awakening period after operations were observed.RESULTS The body temperature at intra-operation and post-operation in group H was significantly higher than that in group C（P0.05）,and the awakening time was significantly lower than that in group C（P0.05）,and the incidence of shivering occurred in awakening period after operations was significantly lower than that in group C（P0.05）.CONCLUSION Heated fluid and blood transfusion can effectively decrease the incidence of peri-operative hypothermia and the incidence of post-operative shivering,therefore,it is a beneficial and simple nursing measure.
