加温液体和脑科手术粘帖巾联合运用预防胆道镜辅助取石术中低体温的效果观察 被引量:10

摘要 目的探讨加温液体和脑科手术粘帖巾联合运用在胆道镜辅助取石术中预防术中低体温的效果。方法选择胆结石手术患者54例,观察组27例,在手术过程中的静脉输入液体及术区冲洗液预加温至37℃,用脑科手术粘帖巾粘贴于术区进行保温;对照组27例,静脉输入液体及术区冲洗液均为室温,用普通手术粘帖巾粘贴于术区,比较两组患者手术情况,评价加温液体和脑科手术粘帖巾联合运用的临床效果。结果观察组患者体温在术中1 h、术中2 h、术毕、术后10 min时更接近正常,而心率更快,血压及血糖更高,与对照组相比有差异(P<0.05);同时观察组患者术中失血量少、术后麻醉苏醒时间短及寒战发生率低,与对照组比较差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论胆道镜辅助取石的患者术中加温液体和脑科手术粘帖巾的应用,尽可能地避免术中体温下降所致相关并发症的发生,减少术中体温下降对患者的不良影响,促进手术患者安全顺利渡过手术恢复期。 Objective To observed of efficacy of heating liquid combining brain surgery paste towel in prevented hy- pothermia in Choledochoscope auxiliary stone art. Methods 54 cases of the patients were chosen with gallstone surgery. The observation group had 27 cases, the vein input liquid of the operation process and washing liquor of oper- ation area were heated to 37~C, and brain surgery paste towel were the control group had 27 cases, the vein input liquid and washing pasted in the operation area for thermal insulation; liquor of operatiOn area were room temperature, and common surgery paste towel were pasted in the operation area. Compared with two groups of operation situation, evalu- ated the efficacy of heating liquid had combined brain surgery paste towel. Results Patients of the observation group were more close to normal temperature in the traoperative 1 h, intraoperative 2 h, finished operation and postoperative 10 min, and faster heart rate, higher blood pressure, higher blood glucose, compared with the control group were obvi- ous difference (P 〈 0.05); patients of the observation group were less blood loss, postoperative anesthesia revival time were shorter and chill incidence were lower, compared with the control group were obvious difference (P 〈 0.01). Conclusion Heating liquid combining brain surgery paste towel are used on choledochoscope auXiliary stone art. It can be as far as possible avoiding the occurrence of complications that are caused by intraoperative hypothermia, decreas- ing intraoperative adverse impact, surgery patients can safety smoothly pass the surgery recovery.
