摘要
分析TEM4,TEM8和CET4,CET6考试试卷中一些与阅读有关的材料,结果发现在这些试卷中阅读部分的语用现象非常丰富,考查的内容不单纯是学生对字面意义的理解,更多的是对一定语境中的话语意义的理解,而对话语意义的理解正是语用学的研究范畴。因此提出了把语用学上的一些知识运用到英语阅读教学中来,并从语用学视角来提高大学生英语阅读能力的观点;通过提高学生的语用意识来提高他们的语用能力,进而达到提高他们阅读能力的目的。
Materials related to reading comprehension in the papers of TEM 4 and TEM 8,CET4 and CET 6 are analyzed.Information shows that the parts related to reading comprehension in those papers are rich in pragmatic phenomenon and what is often tested in those papers are not the understanding of the literal meaning,but the understanding of the utterance meaning in the context.And the understanding of the utterance meaning in the context is what pragmatics is interested in.Therefore,pragmatic knowledge should be applied to the teaching of English reading to improve the students' reading ability from the pragmatic perspective.The improvement of students' pragmatic awareness to improve their pragmatic ability should go before the improvement of their reading ability.
