摘要
目的:介绍治疗A2型肱骨外科颈骨折的新方法。方法:对287例A2型肱骨外科颈骨折患者采用超肩关节长臂石膏托结合小夹板治疗。其中,男性128例,女性159,年龄22～75岁。结果:本组287例患者均获3～4个月随访。按《中医病证诊断疗效标准》评定标准:超肩关节长臂石膏托结合小夹板治疗A2型肱骨外科颈骨折治愈265例,好转22例。结论:采用超肩关节长臂石膏托结合小夹板治疗A2型肱骨外科颈骨折,疗效满意。
Objective：To introduce the new treatment for humeral surgical neck fracture （A2）. Methods：A2 on 287 cases of fracture of surgical neck of humerus treated with the combination of ultra-small shoulder long arm plaster splint. Among them,128 cases of male,female 159,age 22 to 75 years. Results：The group of 287 cases of patients were followed up for 3 to 4 months. By Chinese Journal of Lung Cancer standard evaluation criteria：combination of ultra-shoulder long arm plaster splint treatment of humeral surgical neck fracture of A2 265 cases were cured,improved in 22 cases. Conclusion：Ultra-shoulder long arm plaster combine with the long arm plaster splint treatment of humeral surgical neck fracture of A2,results are satisfactory.
