摘要
目的探讨经皮撬拨复位联合应用弹性髓内钉行Metaizeau法治疗儿童桡骨颈骨折的临床效果。方法2011年4月至2012年12月，共收治23例桡骨颈骨折患儿，应用撬拨复位联合弹性髓内钉行Metaizeau法进行复位固定。术后长臂石膏托外固定4周，去除外固定后进行功能锻炼。结果术后23例获得6～14个月随访，平均10个月，骨折均愈合，时间为8～10周，平均8．2周，骨折处无畸形，无骨骺早闭及骨桥形成。除1例患儿出现钉尾皮肤刺激症状外，未发现其他并发症。所有患侧肘关节和前臂活动良好。结论经皮撬拨复位联合Metaizeau法治疗儿童桡骨颈骨折，具有手术时间短、创伤小、患肢功能恢复良好、并发症少等优点，是治疗儿童桡骨颈骨折的理想选择之一。
Objective To investigate the clinical results of percutaneous joystick reduction and Metaizeau＇ s technique in the treatment of pediatric radial neck fractures. Methods A total of 23 children with radial neck fractures were treated by percutaneous joystick reduction and Metaizeau＇s technique from April 2011 to December 2012. Long ann cast immobilization was applied for 4 weeks postoperatively and functional exercise was resumed after removal of the external fixation. Results All the patients were follow-up for an average of 10 months （range, 6 to 14 months）. Bone union was achieved in all cases, with an average bone healing time of 8.2 weeks （range, 8 to 10 weeks）. Except for one patient who had skin irritation symptoms at the nail end, no other complications were noted. The range of motion of the elbow and forearm on the affected side was excellent in all patients. Conclusion Percutaneous joystick reduction and Metaizeau＇s technique require relatively short operation time, impose little tissue disturbance, and lead to excellent postoperative results. It is hence one of the ideal choices for the treatment of radial neck fractures in children.
