摘要
声誉风险管理流程是商业银行实现声誉风险管理目标过程中所制定的计划、选定的方法、确定的步骤等各项工作的总和,是提高商业银行声誉风险管理能力、效率的有效手段。目前,商业银行声誉风险管理流程不仅不规范而且不节约,已严重影响声誉风险管理的效果。所以,应根据我国商业银行的实际,结合声誉风险管理特点,实现商业银行声誉风险管理流程的完善和再造。
Reputation risk management process is the sum of all the works in commercial banks in the formulation of plans and the selected methods and procedures,and it is also the effective way for the work and ability of the bank reputation risk management.Currently,this process is not normative and saving and even has a serious affection.According to the realities of china＇s commercial banks,and combining the characters of risk management,we should improve and rebuild the reputation risk management process of commercial banks.
