摘要
商业银行的声誉风险已上升为战略风险,声誉风险管理失败的表现之一就是媒体危机。现代媒体的特殊性使得媒体危机如果得不到有效控制和化解,就可能导致商业银行破产倒闭。因此,加强媒体危机管理是商业银行声誉风险管理的升级手段。根据现代媒体特点,结合商业银行声誉风险管理要求,建立危机预防和化解机制,是当前提升商业银行管理水平、增强竞争力的重要措施。
The commercial bank’s reputation risk has risen as a strategic risk,one of the failure performance of the reputation risk management is the media crisis,the media crisis,if not effectively controlled and resolved,could lead to commercial bank failures.Therefore,strengthening the media crisis management is a upgrad means of commercial bank’s reputation risk management,according to characteristics of the modern media,combined with commercial banks to reputational risk management requirements,creative,targeted media crisis management strategy is proposed to enhance the current level of commercial bank management,and to increase the competitiveness.
