摘要 目的基于"以药测证"评价大鼠细菌性肺热证模型。方法 32只大鼠随机分为空白组、模型组、黄芩低剂量组和黄芩高剂量组,每组8只。以肺炎链球菌所致的肺热证候模型为切入点,利用黄芩低剂量和高剂量的干预对比,探讨肺热证模型的评价指标和方法。结果通过各组症状、体温、白细胞及病理切片镜下结果等级的对比研究,说明肺炎链球菌所致的大鼠细菌性肺热证模型符合临床肺热证的表征。结论大鼠细菌性肺热证模型建立成功。 Objective To establish a set of evaluation methods of the rat bacterial pyretic pulmonary syndrome by drug intervention. Methods Thirty-two rats were randomly divided into blankgroup, model group, Scutellaria low-dose and high-dose group, eight rats for each group. To test the intervention of high-dose and low-dose ScuteUaria in Streptococcus pneumoniae-induced pyretic pulmonary syndrome, on purpose of approaching the evaluation indicators and methods of pyretic pulmonary syndrome model. Results Through the comparative study on symptoms, body temperature, WBC and the results of pathological microscopic level of low-dose and high-dose Scutellaria group, blank group and model group, it was showed that the animal model induced by Streptococcus pneumoniae were consisted with characterization of clinical pyretic pulmonary syndrome. Conclusion The animal model induced by Streptococcus pneumoniae was the pyretic pulmonary syndrome model.
