摘要
针对汽油加氢改航煤加氢生产中出现的航煤闪点、腐蚀、颜色衰减问题进行了原因分析,采取了稳定来料航煤闪点、改高纯氢气提、增上脱硫罐、改双塔流程、提压操作等措施,以上问题得到了有效的解决,并具备生产军用航煤的条件。
Aviation kerosene quality problems after hydrogenation with the reformed gasoline hydrogenation unit was introduced,such as low flash point,corrosion and color change.Some measures including stabilizing raw materials’flash point,using high pure hydrogen in gas stripping,raising operation pressure and so on were put forward to solve above problems,and requirement of producing aviation kerosene was met.
