摘要
我国现行建设工程招标投标制度中存在一些不足,不能有效预防和遏制腐败现象,同时在一定程度上增加了招标成本。文章就招标投标法制建设和制度改革的相关问题进行分析,并提出相应的改进建议。
The current bidding and tendering system of construction engineering in China has some insufficient,which cannot effectively prevent against and curb the corruption.Meanwhile,it increases the bidding cost to a certain extent.The article analyzes the related issues about the legal construction of bidding and tendering and its institutional reform,putting forward the related suggestion.
