摘要
通过电子招投标在山西省招投标项目中的实际运用,分析了电子招标的优点和缺点,提出了电子招标的发展前景和在应用中应注意的问题,从而促进招投标行业的进一步发展。
By the application of the E-bidding in the bidding progect of Shanxi, the paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the Ebidding, indicates the development expectation of the E-bidding and some issues which should be considered in the process of bidding, in order to enhance its further development in bidding industry.
