摘要
直管公房是重要的国有资产,具有点多、分布面广、管理困难等特点,本文结合郑州直管公房管理信息系统开发的实践,讨论了基于WEBG IS的系统实现方式,分析了系统的结构,讨论了数据库的设计和M IS与G IS的集成的技术途径和实现方法。目前,该系统已经在郑州市全面投入使用,大大提高了直管公房的管理效率。
The state-owned real estate is important state-owned assets,with the characters of excessive points,wide distribution and hard management difficulties,etc.According to the practice of Zhengzhou Management Information System of State-owned Real Estate by the Real Estate Bureau,the paper discussed the implementation based on WEBGIS,analyzed the structure and discussed the design of the database and the integration of MIS and GIS technical approach.The system has been fully operated in Zhengzhou city,has greatly enhanced the management efficiency of the state-owned real estate.
