摘要
随着对钢材性能要求的提高和超低硫钢产量的增加,对炼铁生产过程中的脱硫提出了越来越高的要求,本文通过对影响安钢水冶高炉生铁含硫量各因素的分析,探讨了降低水冶生铁含硫量和提高生铁质量的各种措施。提出了降低含硫量的措施。
Higher requirements to the desulphurization in hot metal production has been put forward with raising of property requirements to steel products and increasing of super-low sulphur steel production.Through the analysis of influencing factors on sulphur content in pig iron at Yongtong BF of Angang,the countermeasures on reducing sulphur content in pig iron and improving pig iron quality have been investigated.
