含钛高炉渣熔化性研究 被引量:4

摘要 以高炉渣为主要原料,配入Ca(OH)_2、SiO_2、Al_2O_3和TiO_2化学试剂调整炉渣的组成,应用炉渣熔化特性测试仪半球点法,研究了含Al_2O_3 14.6%~17.6%、TiO_2 5%~7%高炉渣的熔化特性。结果表明:随着碱度的升高,炉渣的熔化性温度明显升高;TiO_2含量增加,炉渣的熔化性温度相应降低;适当提高渣中MgO的含量,可避免因Al_2O_3含量升高而引起的熔化性温度上升;炉渣的熔化性温度为1320~1420℃,熔化性良好。 The melting temperatures of BF slag were investigated by means of the method of hemisphaerium temperature. The contents of aluminum and titanium in slag were adjusted to 14.6%-17.6% and 5%-7% respectively by adding analytical reagent Ca (OH)2, SiO2, Al2O3 and TiO2. The results show that the melting temperatures of BF slag could be increased obviously with the basicity increasing, while the content of TiO2 increasing, the melting temperatures have a drop correspondingly. Moreover, the melting temperatures may be boosted by a higher Al2O3 content, which could be avoided by an appropriate amount of MgO in the slag. The melting temperatures of BF slag vary from 1 320 ℃ to 1 420 ℃ with good property.
