摘要
针对水稻旱作覆膜直播技术的铺膜播种机所采用的覆膜机构进行了设计。针对简易覆膜机、加强型覆膜机、作畦覆膜机、旋耕覆膜机、播种覆膜机、覆膜播种机,进行综合比较分析,并根据农业技术要求进行了覆膜机构结构和参数设计。该机可实现开沟、覆膜、播种、覆土、镇压作业一次完成。理论研究和生产试验证明:该机实现了旱整地铺膜播种,达到保墒、保水、保肥、提高地温和抑制杂草生长的目的,为水稻旱作直播、减小用水量、节约营养土和实现农业可持续发展提供了有力的技术支持。
Covering plastic machine was designed according to rice seeder in dry soil. Compared all kinds of machines of covering plastic,according to requirements of agricultural technology,it was designed with structures and parameters of machine. It was realized by ditching,covering plastic,seeding,covering soil,pressing soil. By theory and practice research,this machine realize covering plastics and seeding,preserving soil moisture,reducing water losing,protect fatly,improve the soil temperature,inhibiting growth of weeds. Guarantee rice seed directly in soil,saving water,saving the soil and agricultural sustainable development.
