摘要
介绍了FAS3550少片变截面板簧钢研制的生产工艺流程及特点,将该钢的化学成分、气体含量等多项指标与瑞典进口的同类板簧钢进行了对比,结果表明,该钢各项指标优于或与瑞典钢相当。提出了提高FAS3550少片变截面板簧钢的强韧性、纯净度及降低脱碳层的工艺措施。
The process flow and its characteristics for producing FAS3550 type steel for tapering leaf spring are introduced. Many indexes such as chemical compositions, gas content in the steel are compared with those of the same grade steel imported from Sweden. The results show that each index is equal to or better than the imported steel. And then technical measures for improving the strength, toughness and cleanness and decreasing decarburized layer of FAS3550 type steel are proposed.
