不同施肥处理对特菜根芹菜产量和硝酸盐积累的影响 被引量:6

Effects of Different Fertilization Treatments on the Special Vegetable Celeriac Yield and Nitrate Content

摘要 根芹菜是中国引进的一种稀特蔬菜品种。田间小区试验研究了有机肥及与无机肥配施处理对根芹菜产量、硝酸盐含量及氮肥利用率的影响。结果表明:有机无机配合适宜氮磷钾比例施肥处理下N1(施N261kg/hm2)根芹菜产量最高,显著高于其他处理,地下可食部分硝酸盐含量与对照相比没有显著差异,也有较高的氮肥利用率;N2(施N381kg/hm2)、N3(施N501kg/hm2)较高氮肥处理下产量显著低于N1(施N261kg/hm2)处理,特别是N3(施N501kg/hm2)处理下产量与对照相比没有显著差异,但硝酸盐含量随施氮量的增加而增加。以上结果说明,较高肥力菜田土壤上适宜氮磷钾比例的有机无机肥配施有利于提高根芹菜产量和降低硝酸盐含量。 The celeriac is a rare vegetable varieties introducing to China. Field experiment was carried to study on the effects of the application of manure and organic-inorganic fertilizer on celeriac yield, accumulation of nitrate and nitrogen use efficiency. The results showed that the highest yield was significantly higher at the treatment of organic-inorganic fertilizer with the appropriate rate of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium N1 (261 kg N/hm2) than those of the other treatments; no significant differences in the nitrate content in the edible part of its underground were observed between it and the control, and it also had the higher nitrogen use efficiency. The yields at the treatments of N2(381 kg N/hm2), especially N3(501 kg N/hm2)were significantly lower than that of the treatment of N1(261 kg N/hm2). However, nitrate content in it increased with increase in the amount of the application of nitrogen fertilizer, which in above-and under-ground parts of celeriac increased significantly at the treatments of N3. The above results suggest that the celeriac growing on vegetable fields with high fertility has, the application of the appropriate proportion of organic and inorganic fertilizers with the suitable ratios of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium is favorable to increase the yield of celeriac, and decrease the nitrate in it and improve quality, growing on vegetable fields with high fertility.
