摘要
在“狮子头”大白菜母株定植前喷施150 mg/L的氨基多糖水溶肥,研究了其对大白菜母株定植后生长及种子生产的影响。研究结果表明:施用150 mg/L的氨基多糖水溶肥能明显提高大白菜母株定植后的存活率,增加大白菜叶片中的POD、SOD、CAT活性,以及叶片叶绿素、可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白的含量,且显著降低MDA的含量;与对照相比,氨基多糖水溶肥处理还能显著增加大白菜母株的种子产量以及所产种子的千粒重,而且所产种子的发芽指数高于对照,发芽势和种子活力指数也显著高于对照。
The“Shizitou”Chinese cabbage was used as the material to spray 150 mg/L amino polysaccharide water-soluble fertilizer before planting.The effect of amino polysaccharide water-soluble fertilizer on the growth and seed production of Chinese Cabbage was studied.The results showed that 150 mg/L amino polysaccharide water-soluble fertilizer could significantly improve the survival rate of Chinese cabbage mother plant,increase the SOD,POD,CAT activity and the content of chlorophyll,soluble sugar and protein in Chinese cabbage leaves.In addition,it could significantly reduce the content of MDA,improve the level of stress resistance and promote the growth of Chinese cabbage.Compared with the control,water-soluble amino polysaccharide fertilizer could significantly improve the yield,the 1000-seed weight of Chinese cabbage seed,and the germination index,and the germination potential and seed vigor index were also significantly higher than those of the control.
