季铵盐抗菌单体改性牙本质粘接剂的抗菌性能研究 被引量:9

摘要 目的评价经季铵盐型抗菌单体改性的树脂基粘接剂的抗菌性能。方法制备含不同质量分数抗菌单体的实验性粘接样本,采用液体稀释法比较各样本固化后对变形链球菌的抗菌活性。并在激光共聚焦扫描显微镜下观察固化粘接剂表面粘附细菌的数量和细菌胞膜完整性。结果未添加抗菌单体的粘接剂固化后没有明显抗菌作用;当添加的单体量达到1%时,树脂基粘接剂被赋予明显的抗菌作用(P<0.05),但添加量为2%时并未增加其抗菌活性;而当添加量为3%时,实验性树脂基粘接剂的抗菌活性又进一步增加。激光共聚焦扫描显微镜下观察发现,实验组粘接剂和阳性对照组粘接剂表面的存活细菌较少。结论添加了季铵盐型抗菌单体的树脂基粘接剂具有良好的抗菌性能。季铵盐型抗菌单体具有进一步应用于牙科抗菌修复材料的前景。 Objective To evaluate the antibacterial effects of cured experimental antibacterial adhesive specimens modified with quaternary ammonium salt monomer. Methods Experimental antibacterial adhesive specimens incorporating with different concentration of antibacterial monomer were prepared, and their antibacterial effects were investigated using the broth dilution test on Streptococcus mutans ATCC 25175. The effects of the cured adhesives on the membrane integrity of S. mutans were investigated using eonfocal laser scanning microscopy (CLSM) in conjunction with fluorescent indicators. Results The cured adhesive specimens without monomer exhibited no antibacterial abilities. The experimental adhesive specimens incorporated with 1% (w/w) monomer showed antibacterial activities against S. mutans ATCC 25175 (P 〈0. 05). The antibacterial efficiency was statistically higher in specimens containing 3% (w/w) monomer than those with 1% or 2% monomer. There was no statistical difference in antibacterial effects between the specimens containing 1% (w/w) monomer and that containing 2%. This property of the specimens with 3% (w/w) monomer was further increased. The specimen of negative control was densely populated with bacteria,while the DMAE-CB-ineorporated adhesive and positive control retained fewer bacteria. Conclusion The resin-based adhesive containing antibacterial monomer has strong antibacterial activity and can maintain for a long time.
