摘要 此次研讨会有国内15所大学的23位种植学专家就上颌窦底提升术、上颌后区骨量不足及无牙颌种植修复三个重点进行典型病例研讨。针对上颌窦底提升、onlay植骨、种植体长度直径及冠根比、种植导航、上颌后牙骨量不足种植的风险、即刻负载、不翻瓣种植、all-on-4种植及附着龈等9个问题进行了专家与听众互动式提问、解答及争论。通过研讨认为应该强调循证医学,临床创新,处理好常规与尝试、安全与风险、一般和特需及需要与可能的关系。专家共同的体会是:口腔种植的发展已进入"自由王国"阶段,快速的学科发展是不断创新的结果,如何迎接种植大潮,遵守自然规律防止进入误区是至关重要的。 The advent of osteointegrated dental implants has led to a milestone in the dental profession. Implant therapy has gradually emerged as a very important, predictable, popular and useful treatment modality in oral rehabilitation. In order to facilitate communication between oral surgeons by providing critical surveys of the state of knowledge and problems in dental implantology, Tongji University Stomatological School organized a symposium on dental implants from July 10-July 11 in Shanghai. Twenty-three famous specialists and colleagues in dental implant field from 15 stomatological schools in China's Mainland attended this symposium. The symposium focused on the following topics: (1) maxillary sinus floor augmentation, (2) limited bone height of posterior maxilla, (3) dental implant system for treatment of mandibular edentulism. Panel discussion compared various clinical techniques such as sinus floor elevation, onlay grafting, implant length, implant dimension and crown-root ratio, computer-aided navigation in dental implantology, risks in cases of limited alveolar bone of posterior maxilla, immediate loading technique, non-surgical dental implants, all-on-4 implants and gingival attachment technique, etc. Their success, complications and failure to conventional strategies were based on clinical retrospective cases reviews. The panel pointed out that different types of technologies were imposing more confidence when performing dental implants. The symposium paid stress on evidenced-based medicine in dental implant practice and urgency in clinical innovations, and cautioned about the correlation of balance between conventionality and attemptability, security and risk, general and special, necessity and possibility etc. All participants learned, realized and comprehended from this symposium: dental implants have emerged into an area of "realm of freedom". Our country has to meet the demand for dental implants in the near future.
