摘要
目的:了解石河子市市民对口腔种植义齿的认知情况。方法:于2016年2月~9月在石河子市各街道小区按照随机抽样的方法进行问卷调查,对其结果进行统计分析。结果:54.49%的市民不知道什么是种植义齿;年龄、收入水平、文化层次是影响种植义齿认知程度的主要因素;市民普遍能接受种植义齿价格应低于5 000元/颗;市民对种植体本身最关心的是异物对人体的危害及费用;医疗技术是市民选择医疗机构最重要的依据。结论:石河子市市民对口腔种植义齿的认知度较低,口腔种植义齿的发展空间较大;加强对种植义齿认知的教育宣传,提升石河子市医疗机构种植义齿技术,是提高市民对口腔种植认知度和普及率的有效措施。
Objective:To explore the Shihezi residents cognition of implant denture.Methods:A Questionnaire was used to investigate the Shihezi residents who were chosen from Feb.2016 to Sep.2016.Results:54.49%of residents did not know what is implant denture;Age,scale of income and educational level play an important role in cognition of implant denture;Price could be accepted for the majority of the residents was lower than 5000 Yuan per implant denture;The most significant aspect of implant of the residents’consideration was the harm of foreign bodies and the cost;Medical techniques were regarded as the best basis of choosing a medical institution.Conclusions:The Shihezi residents’cognition of implant denture reminds a low level,meanwhile,there is much space to develop the implant denture in Shihezi;Strengthening the healthy education and improving the medical techniques are effective measures of boosting the Shihezi residents’cognition of implant denture.
