摘要
如何借助现代化新理论和新技术诠释中药的科学内涵,是中药现代化进程中亟待解决的关键问题之一。化学蛋白质组学是利用能够与靶蛋白质发生特异性相互作用的化学小分子来研究和探测蛋白质组的技术。本文综述了化学蛋白质组学在中药有效成分筛选、靶蛋白质的发现、中药协同作用机制研究和中药新药研发中的应用,对该技术指导下的中药现代化研究进行了初步探讨。化学蛋白质组学为中药现代化研究提供了新的思路,将有助于从分子水平上深刻揭示中药的科学内涵,指导中药新药研发,更好地传承和发展中医药理论。
To interpret the scientific connotation of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) via development of new theories and modern techniques is a key task for the TCM modernization. Chemical proteomics studies and detects proteomes with specific small chemical molecules that interact with target proteins. This paper reviews the main techniques of chemical proteomics and their application in the research of active ingredients, target proteins, synergistic mechanisms and drug discoveries of TCM. Chemical proteomics provides new ideas for the TCM modernization, which may help to reveal the essential principals of TCM at the molecular level, and thus facilitate the new drug discovery of TCM, the inheritance and development of TCM theories.
