摘要
高校图书馆细节服务必须纳入图书馆整体工作中,通过构建图书馆细节服务管理体系,规范图书馆制度建设,馆员的行为细节及读者借阅行为细节,明确岗位工作目标,从而促进读者服务流程更加细化,具有可知性和可控性。
Details of the university library service must be incorporated into the overall work of the library.Constructing of the library through the details of the service management system,standardize the building of the library system,regulate the details of librarians’ conduct acts and readers’ lending behavior,define the posts targets,thereby contributing to promote the refinement of reader service process,with knowability,and controllability.
