摘要
针对发电厂热力设备在停炉保护中出现的问题,介绍了正十八胺在热力设备防腐中的化学成分和保护机理,并结合广东某300MW发电机组停炉保护时的实际应用情况,说明在机组停炉前向热力系统内投加正十八胺的工艺过程及注意事项,使热力设备形成有效的憎水性保护膜,从而达到防腐保护的目的。
In view of the problems arising in the laying-up protection of thermal power equipment in power plant,the chemical composition and protection mechanism of pure octadecylamine in corrosion protection for thermal power equipment are described briefly.Combined with the practical applications in boiler laying-up protection of a 300 MW generating unit in Guangdong,China,the process and points for attention of adding pure octadecylamine to thermal system before boiler shutdown are illustrated,which forms an effective hydrophobic protective membrane for thermal power equipment and realizes corrosion protection.
