摘要
单纯采用十八胺对热力设备进行停运保护时 ,应防止其对凝结水处理系统树脂的污染。为此 ,研究了十八胺对离子交换树脂的污染规律 ,并提出了防范措施。该措施经二十余个装有 30 0MW及以上带凝结水处理机组的电厂的几十次实践 ,证明是有效的。
When octadecylamine is merely used for shutdown conservation of thermal power equipments, pollution of resin in condensate treatment system should be prevented. For this reason, the regularity of ion exchange resin polluted by octadecylamine has been studied, and preventive measure being recommended. The said measure has been implemented in more than twenty power plants with 300MW units for condensate treatment, it is shown from several tens practices that the said measure to be effective.
