摘要
目的观察黄芩苷对小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞的免疫相关因子释放的影响。方法从BALB/c小鼠的腹腔分离巨噬细胞进行原代细胞培养,往细胞中加入不同剂量的黄芩苷,检测腹腔巨噬细胞释放一氧化氮(NO)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)以及白介素1(IL-1)的含量。结果黄芩苷能够显著的减少在LPS刺激下的小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞NO、TNF-α和IL-1的释放,与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论黄芩苷能够减少腹腔巨噬细胞的免疫相关因子的释放,可能是其抗炎免疫作用的分子机制。
Objective To observe the effect of Baicalin on effector molecμLe production released by mice peritoneal macrophages.Methods Macrophages were isolated from the peritoneal cavity of BALB/c mice and the primary culture was peformed.MTT colorimetry and spectophotometry were used to examine the effects of Baicalin on the release of effector molecμLes,such as nitric oxide(NO),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),and interleukin-1(IL-1) by peritoneal macrophages.Results Baicalin could signifi cantly reduce the release of NO,TNF-α and IL-1 by macrophages stimμLated by LPS.Conclusion Baicalin had anti-Inflammatory and immunological action that may be a mechanism related to reduce the release of cytokine by macrophages.
