体外循环对转流前后白介素-8变化的影响

摘要 目的:观察手术和体外循环转流前后血浆白介素-8的含量变化。方法:选择17例体外循环下心内直视手术病人,分别在手术前、转流5min时、开放主动脉时、停体外循环后1h,经桡动脉采血2ml,用酶联免疫法测定白介素-8。结果:体外循环开始时白介素-8有上升趋势(P>0.05),开放主动脉后白介素-8增加明显,由(31.75±5.05)pg/ml增加到(93.71±30.74)pg/ml(P<0.05),停体外循环后白介素-8仍持续增加为(285.84±186.86)pg/ml(P<0.01)。结论:体外循环期间和术后白介素-8产生增加。 Objective:To evaluate the changes of interleukin 8 during and after cardiopulmonary bypass. Methods:We measured interleukin 8 in seventeen patients with ventricular septal defect(VSD) atrial septal defect(ASD) or mitral stenoinsufficiency(MSI). Plasma interleukin 8 concentration was determined using the Human interleukin 8 Elisa Kit and a highly sensitive sandwich enzyme immunoassay. Results:Plasma interleukin 8 concentration during cardiopulmonary bypass(93.71±30.74 pg/ml) and after cardiopulmonary bypass(285.84±186.86 pg/ml) were significantly higher than that before cardiopulmonary bypass(31.75±5.05 pg/ml). Conclusion:The increase of interleukin 8 concentration during cardiopulmonary bypass demonstrated that operation and/or cardiopulmonary bypass might induce depression of immunity in these patients.
