摘要
目的:建立桂枝茯苓胶囊中桂皮醛和丹皮酚的含量测定方法。方法:以XTerra RP_(18)色谱柱为分离柱,以甲醇-水(60:40)为流动相,采用SPE-HPLC法测定。结果:本品中桂皮醛含量测定线性范围为19.72～157.76μg·ml^(-1)(r=0.999 9),平均回收率为97.60%(RSD=1.13%,n=6);丹皮酚含量测定线性范围为151.4～757.0μg·ml^(-1)(r=0.999 9),平均回收率为97.80%(RSD=1.53%,n=6)。结论:此法操作简单、结果准确,可用于桂枝茯苓胶囊的质量控制。
Objective： To establish a method for determination method of einnamaldehyde and paeonol in guizhi ruling capsules. Method： SPE-HPLC was conducted on a XTerra RP18 radial compression column with a mobile phase of methanol-water （60： 40）. Result： The linear range of cinnamaldehyde was 19.72-157.76 μg.ml^-1 （ r = 0.999 9 ） , and the average recovery was 97.60% （ RSD = 1.13% ,n =6） ;the paeonol was 151.4-757. 0 μg.ml^-1 （r =0. 999 9） ,and the average recovery was 97. 80% （RSD = 1.53% ,n =6）. Conclusion ： This method is simple and feasible for the quality control of guizhi ruling capsules.
