摘要
机载、星载、舰载相控阵雷达由于其特定的使用环境,需要体积小、重量轻、高性能、高可靠、低成本的收发组件,低温共烧陶瓷(LTCC)电阻埋置技术不仅可以节约空间,提高集成度,而且可以改善微波性能,是制作机载、星载、舰载相控阵雷达收发组件的理想方法之一。文中介绍了LTCC电阻埋置技术,并对埋置电阻的设计以及关键工艺技术进行了分析,提出了相应的解决方法。
For air-borne,satellite-borne and ship-borne phased array radars,the T/R modules with small size,lightweight,high performance,high reliability and low-cost are needed because of their special environment.LTCC embedding technology of resistor can not only save space and increase integration level,but also improve the microwave performance,and has become an ideal idea for T/R modules.In this paper,the LTCC embedding technology of resistor is introduced,the design and the key manufacturing processes of embedded resistor are analysed,and the relevant solutions are suggested.
