顶空固相微萃取-气质分析草果果实香气成分研究 被引量:10

摘要 采用顶空固相微萃取和气相色谱-质谱分析粉碎草果果实的香气成分。萃取柱为DVB/CAR/PDMS时共检测出30种挥发性成分,解析出占总挥发性成分99.241%的29种物质,主要成分是1,8-桉树脑(38.596%),α-水芹烯(15.831%)、α-蒎烯(11.156%)、β-蒎烯(8.058%)和2-异丙基苯甲醛(3.526%)。萃取柱为CAR/PDMS时共检测出30个成分,解析出占总挥发性成分97.635%的27种物质,主要成分是1,8-桉树脑(49.890%)、α-水芹烯(13.589%)、α-蒎烯(9.105%)、β-蒎烯(3.933%)和2-异丙基苯甲醛(3.372%)。萃取柱为CW/DVB时共检测出29个成分,解析出占总挥发性成分99.754%的28种物质,主要成分是1,8-桉树脑(48.941%)、α-水芹烯(14.63%)、α-蒎烯(9.844%)、β-蒎烯(4.314%)和2-异丙基苯甲醛(2.787%)。 Volatile components of Arnomum tasoko Crevost et Lemaire were extracted and analyzed by Head Space-Solid Phase Microextraction and Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry (HS-SPME-GC-MS). 30 Components were detected and 29 compounds (99. 241% of total) were identified, the main constituents were 1,8-cineole (38. 596%), a-phellandrene (15. 831 %), a-pinene (11. 156%), β-pinene (8. 058%) and 2-isopropylbenzaldehyde (3. 526%) when the DVB/CAR/PDMS column was used. 30 Components were detected and 27 compounds (97. 635 % of total) were identified, the main constituents were 1,8-cineole( 49. 890%),a-phellandrene ( 13. 589 % ), a-pinene ( 9. 105 % ), β-pinene ( 3. 933%), and 2-isopropylbenzaldehyde (3. 372% ) when the CAR/PDMS column was used. 29 Components were detected and 28 compounds (99. 241% of total) were identified, the main constituents were 1 , 8-cineole (48. 941%), a-phellandrene ( 14. 63% ), a-pinene (9. 844% ), β-pinene (4.314 % ), 2-isopropylbenzaldehyde (2. 787 % ) when the CW-DVB column was used.
