摘要
利用气相色谱──质谱联用仪对产于云南省红河地区的草果杆精油的成份进行了分析鉴定,从分离出的52个色谱峰中鉴定了32个成份,其含量占精油总量的96.60%,主要成份为1.8—桉叶油素(58.08%),α—蒎烯(10.92%),1—羟基—△8(9)—薄荷烯醇(6.71%),β—蒎烯(6.25%),金合欢醇(4.19%)等。
The chemical constituents of essential oil from the stems of Amomum tsao-ko Crevost et Lemaire collected from Honghe region,Yunnan Province has been studied by means of GC-MS technique. Among firty-two peaks,thirty-three constituents were indentified.The main constituents are 1.8-cineole(58.08%),α-pinene(10.93%),p-8(9)-mcnthen -1-01(6.71%),β-pinene(6.25%),farnesol(4.19%).
