摘要
改革发展成果公平分享是我国构建和谐社会过程中需要认真解决的大问题。这其中的环境利益公平分享不仅仅关系到我国科学发展观的贯彻和可持续发展理念的实现,还关乎伴随环境污染日益严重而出现的"生态难民"新群体的生存状况。法律机制的构建最能直接保障环境利益的公平分享。
Equitable distribution of achievements of reformation and development is a problem need to be resolved conscientiously in the development of harmonious society.Equitable distribution of environmental profits not only related to implements of our country＇s conception of scientific developments,but also related to living conditions of ecological refugees.All of these resolved need some related laws and regulations to be provided.
