摘要
利用从现场酸性矿坑水中分离并经诱变、驯化和扩大培养的的嗜酸中温混合菌,对某难浸铀矿石进行了充气搅拌方式和机械搅拌方式的浸出试验。试验结果显示,机械搅拌方式下铀的渣计浸出率可达89.2%,而充气搅拌方式下铀的渣计浸出率仅为67.6%,说明机械搅拌方式更有利于该铀矿石的细菌浸出。
By using the mixed mesophilic acidophilic bacteria which are separated and domesticated from the on-site acid mine water,the bio-leaching experiments on a refractory uranium ore are made by the pneumatic agitation and the mechanical agitation.The results showed that the bio-leaching rate of this refractory uranium ore can reach 89.2% with the mechanical stirring,and only 67.6% with the pneumatic agitating.It is clearly that the mechanical agitation is effective for bio-leaching of the uranium ores.
