摘要
综述了氧化亚铁硫杆菌诱变育种的方法以及诱变育种的研究现状,并对诱变育种过程中的一些问题进行了探讨。
Thiobacillus ferrous oxide belongs to the self-growing acid bacillus. Being fit for lixiviating rare noble metals from low-grade ores, it is used in the lixiviation and retrieval of noble metals. The method of mutation breeding and the current research situation of Thiobacillus ferrous oxide are summarized, and some problems in the process of breeding are discussed.
