摘要
很多学者在长期的教学研究中发现,我国的人才培养模式往往存在与教育目标相悖逆的现象,基础教育过于关注学生的学习成绩而忽视人文素质的培养,由此引发了人们对于乡土教育的思考与实践。以贵州省雷山县为个案,对当地的乡土教育现状及存在问题进行了描述和分析,并针对乡土教育的不足提出了可行性建议。
Studies reveal that the talent cultivation patterns do not agree with the educational objectives in China.More emphasis has been laid on academic scores than on intellectual qualities.Hence,more attention should be paid to local education.This paper is a study in such a sense based on Leishan County.
