基质金属蛋白酶与压力超负荷致心室重构的研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 高血压致心脏持续性压力超负荷增加导致心室重构,其特征性改变为左室肥厚和心肌纤维化,是独立于血压之外的增加心血管病发病率和病死率的危险因素。心室重构可表现为进行性细胞外基质蓄积,这一系列细胞外基质蓄积的过程不可避免地需要基质金属蛋白酶的参与。现有研究表明,心脏压力负荷增加后,基质金属蛋白酶可能通过生物活性分子、细胞因子、基质细胞因子等机制导致心室重构。本文综述基质金属蛋白酶与压力超负荷致心室重构方面的研究进展。
