摘要
利用液体培养法,研究了影响巴西蘑菇菌丝体生长和胞外多糖积累的营养因素。结果表明,巴西蘑菇菌丝体生长和胞外多糖积累的最适培养基配方为10%巴西蘑菇菌糠煮汁、2%玉米粉、1%葡萄糖、2%麸皮、0.5%硫酸铵、0.1%KH2PO4、0.1%MgSO4·7H2O、10mg·100mL^-1VB1。在这种培养基中巴西蘑菇产生的菌丝球数量多、直径小,培养7d后菌丝球个数达到2287个·50mL^-1,菌丝干重为1.658g·50mL^-1,胞外多糖可达229.213mg·50mL^-1。
Effects of various nutritions in medium on mycelia growth and exopolysaccharide accumulation in submerged culture of Agaricus blazei were studied. The optimum media were as follows: 10% waste materials after Agaricus blazei cultivating, 2% wheat bran, 1% glucose, 2% cornmeal, 0.5% ammonium sulfate, 0.1% KH2PO4, 0.1% MgSO4·7H2O, and 10 mg·100 mL^-1 VB1. Under this condition, the numberof mycelium ball was as high as 2 287·50 mL^-1, the dry weight of mycelium reached 1.658 g·50 mL^-1, and the amountofexopolysaccharide was 229.213 mg·50 mL^-1.
