摘要
20世纪90年代以来,在各种因素的推动下,欧洲各国及澳大利亚纷纷启动博士培养模式的改革,主要表现为以下趋势:研究生院制度逐渐扩散,新的博士项目和质量标准相继涌现,跨学科、跨机构培养博士生兴起,指导方式从单一导师制走向联合导师制,博士培养更加注重训练过程,逐渐融入通识因素,其总体趋势是从"欧洲模式"转向"美国模式"。中国博士培养机制的改革在很多方面与欧美的趋势相一致,但在强化学术训练、推动跨学科博士培养、提高国际化水平方面已经远远落后于西方国家,迫切需要进行进一步的改革。
Under the various driving forces since the 1990s,European countries and Australia have begun to initiate reform in doctoral training mode, which can be seen as the following trends: the institutional diffusion of graduate school; the rising of new doctoral programs and quality criteria;the emergence of trans-disciplinary and t-cans-institution in doctoral training;the transformation of supervision mode from single mentor to cooperation ;putting more emphasize on training process;incorporate generic elements in doctoral education. The overall transformation trend is from "European model" to "American model". Although the reform of Chinese doctoral education is conform to western countries in many aspects ,we need to make further reform in academic training, trans -disciplinary training and internationalization in doctoral education,which have already lag behind the Europe and America.
