摘要
利用响应面分析法对野生山毛豆多糖的提取工艺进行优化。以浸提时间、浸提温度及水料比为响应因子,多糖提取得率为响应值,根据中心组合试验设计,做3因素3水平响应面分析。分析各个因素的显著性和交互作用,得出野生山毛豆多糖水浸提的最佳工艺条件为:浸提时间2.70h,浸提温度为72℃,液料比23.4mL/g,该条件下多糖提取率为16.83mg/g。
Response surface analysis (RSA) was applied to optimize the extraction of polysaccharides from tephrosia candida On the basis of the previous one-factor tests results,temperature,time and ratio of water to material were chosen as the factors and the extraction rate as the response value in RSA.According to the central composite experimental design principles,the method of response surface method with three factors and three levels was adop pted and analyzed significant of kinds of factors and counter effect.The optimum condition was obtained as follows:the ratio of water to material of 23.4:1,extraction temperature of 72 ℃,extraction time of 2.7 h and the extraction rate of polysaccharides of 16.83mg/g.
