摘要
刺五加含有多糖、黄酮和酚类成分,其中多糖类成分含量较高,具有广泛的药理活性。刺五加多糖具有抗炎、抗氧化、抗肿瘤等多种活性。本文对刺五加多糖的提取技术进行了综述,为刺五加的进一步开发利提供依据。
Acanthopanax senticosus is rich in a variety of chemical ingredients,including polysaccharides,flavones,phenois,etc.Among these ingredients,the content of polysaccharides is higher,which has widely pharmacological activity.This paper reviewed polysaccharides from Acanthopanax senticosus,which provided the basis for better development and utilization of Acanthopanax senticosus.
