摘要
东新赣江特大桥主桥为(126+196+126)m下承式连续钢桁梁桥,主桁上、下弦杆设计为焊接整体节点。该桥整体节点采用后孔法制造,其主要制造流程为:钢板进厂后进行预处理,精密切割下料并预留余量,采用机械加工的方式对焊接边进行铣边和开坡口,在专用胎架或平台上进行拼装、焊接和划系统线,先使用覆盖式整体样板钻制杆件腹板上的螺栓孔,然后使用局部定位样板组装横梁接头板。制造过程中主要控制措施包括焊接质量、构件外形尺寸精度和高强螺栓孔精度控制3个方面。实践证明,该桥整体节点制造工艺科学合理,质量满足设计和相关规范的要求。
The main bridge of Dongxin Ganjiang River Bridge is a continuous through steel truss girder bridge with span arrangement (126+196+126) m. The panel points at the upper and lower chords of the main truss of the bridge were designed as the welded integral panel points that were manufactured by the method of drilling holes in the panel points late. The principle manufacturing process of the panel points was that the steel plates were pre-handled after the plates were delivered to the workshop, the plates were precisely cut and the necessary surplus amounts were reserved, the edges to be welded were milled and grooved by mechanical processing, the plates were assembled, welded and the system lines were lofted on the special assembly jig or platform, the bolt holes in the webs of the members were firstly drilled by the covering type integral templates and then the connection plates of cross beams were assembled by the local positio- ning templates. The principal control measures taken in the manufacturing included those for the welding quality, precision of outer dimensions of the members and precision of the holes for highstrength bolts. Practice proved that the workmanship for manufacturing of the integral panel points of the bridge were scientific, rational and the quality could satisfy the requirements in the relevant technical specification.
