摘要
CUD高密度钻井液处理剂是以丙烯酰胺为主要单体合成的多元共聚物,在四川油气田和吐哈油田的40多口井进行了应用。现场应用表明:CUD具有良好的抑制性,有较强的抗温能力、抗盐抗钙能力,剪切稀释能力强可大幅度提高机械钻速,与其它处理剂配伍性好,可在易垮塌层段、膏盐层段和高温深部井段使用。本文重点阐述了有代表性的部分井应用情况,并对现场使用效果进行分析,简要介绍了CUD的研制情况及CUD的室内性能评价。
CUD
drilling fluid additive with high dencity is a copolymer made from acrylamide and other
monomers.It has been used in over 40 wells in Sichuan Oilfield and Tuha Oilfield.Its application
results indicate that it has superior inhibition capability,high heat resistance,high salt and
calcium tolerance.And its high shear-thinning capability improves ROP a lot.It also has good
compatibility with other mud additive,can be used in unconsolidated formation,gypsum/salt bed
and high temperature and deep well section.This paper introduces its application in some
typical wells,and analyzes the application results.It also presents the development of CUD and
indoor evaluation of its performance.
