新型耐高温水膨体研究与评价

摘要 以N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺、抗高温交联剂PT为交联剂,过硫酸铵、亚硫酸氢钠为引发剂,丙烯酰胺、丙烯酸、2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸、N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮(NVP)为原料,合成出耐高温水膨体A1。比较了不同单体共聚物与A1的耐温效果,考察了不同离子、不同温度对水膨体吸水的影响,并进行了水膨体吸水后的电镜分析,最后进行了岩心封堵实验。结果表明,在0.5%NaCl溶液中,水膨体A1耐温达160℃,岩心封堵率达98.6%以上。 Some temperature-resistant superabsorbents ( A1 ) were synthesized by copolymer of acrylic acid ( AA), acrylamide ( AM ), 2-acrylamide-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid (AMPS) and N-vinyl-2-pyrroli- done (NVP) with ammonium persulfate, sodium hydrogen sulfite as initiators, and with N, N'-methylene- bis-acrylamide, homemade temperature-resistant crosslinker PT as crosslinking agents. Compared the effect of temperature resistance Of different copolym.ers with the A1, and examine the different ions, different tem- peratures on the swellable absorbent and swellable absorbent electron microscopy analysis,finally, the core plugging experiments. The results showed that in 0.5% NaC1 solution, the temperature resistance of A1 reached 160 ℃ and the core plugging rate was over 98.6%.
