摘要
采用馏分油碱洗脱酸和由碱渣中析油两种方法测定了石油酸钠对馏分油的增溶能力及水溶性醇类对这种增溶作用的影响。研究结果表明,少量的水溶性醇类可以增加石油酸钠对馏分油的增溶能力;大量的水溶性醇类可以显著降低石油酸钠对馏分油的增溶能力;但当水溶性醇类的浓度达到一定值后,其浓度的进一步增加对石油酸钠增溶馏分油能力的降低程度明显降低。
Caustic washing and oil deposition from alkali waste were used to determine the solubilization capacity of sodium naphthenate for oil fractions. It is suggested that water soluble alcohols with low concentrations can increase the solubilization of sodium naphthenate, however, with high concentrations, it can decrease the solubilization capacity markedly. When the concentration reached a certain level, further addition of the alcohols showed much less effect.
