摘要
设计了船用柴油机模糊-PID复合调速控制器,针对柴油机的不同工况,使模糊控制器和PID控制器通过切换开关进行切换,为了确保切换过程平稳,设计了切换控制器。将控制器下载代码到dSPACE/MicroAutoBox控制器内,利用快速控制原型进行了起动和负荷突变工况的试验验证,并与传统PID控制器快速控制原型结果进行对比。研究结果表明:模糊-PID控制器在动、稳态特性上均取得了较好的控制效果。
The fuzzy-PID combined governing speed controller of the marine diesel engine was designed. According to the different engine operation conditions, the fuzzy controller and PID controller were switched by a switch unit. In order to achieve smoothly switching, a switching controller was designed. Through download of its code to the dSPACg/MicroAutoBox controller, the switching functions of the controller under the start and the load abrupt change conditions were verified using the rapid control prototyping. Compared with the rapid control prototyping of conventional PID controller, the fuzzy-PID controller can achieve better control effect at both dynamic or steady state characteristics.
